Sarah Palin: A Wonderful VP Pick
First, I’m ready to make my official prediction: John McCain will win the 2008 Presidential Election. So there. Now, on to the titular topic.

Let’s think: Why did Barack Obama choose Joe Biden? (1) It’s a safe pick, (2) He really needed an old white guy, and (3) He’s a straight-talker and won’t be afraid to play the “attack-dog” role…
… which explains why Palin is such a good pick. (1) She’s a safe pick (strictly pro-life, pro-gun, economically conservative), (2) She’s a fresh face that could easily woo disgruntled women voters away from Obama, and (3) She neutralizes Biden’s attack role.
How so? Because as a male politician, you can’t lay it on too thick against a female opponent. It’s not fair — sorry guys — but it’s the truth. Look at Rick Lazio against Hillary during the 2000 New York Senate race. He got nasty during a debate and it totally ruined his campaign. Take note, Mr. Biden.
Oh, it also restores some of the “maverick” image to McCain, who was assumed to have gone with the “safe” Tim Pawlenty or Mitt Romney; and that takes some of the “change” momentum out of Obama’s sails.

Yikes.
If Palin and McCain think playing the “Are you smarter than a 5th grader” rhetoric and making fun of Obama’s “Fake Greek Columns” and thinking this will win over the Hillary runts, or the far right, and even moderate Repubs, they are sorely mistaken.
There is mucn more to fix in this country and being “brave in iraq” and “terrorism abroad” is isn’t the start of it. Fiscally responsible (McCain speaks volumes when he votes with Bush 95% of the time and swears he doesn’t know much about our economy), new energy (wait now he isn’t for big oil? you could of fooled me.) and countless other issues where he has supported the very root of our problem (that guy name Bush) over 90% of the time.
It is scary and tough to swallow.
Can America easily forget how low our country has come in regards to being fiscally and economically competant, foreign relations wise, foreign oil, and many other countless issues?
McCain is a George Bush produgy, and sucked his man teet for long enough.
Now he is the “Sole Mavrick who can lead this country and CHANGE WASHINGTON?”
Ha.
I don’t care if no one reads this, just as long as you do.
If America forgets this easily that a Republican President, House and Senate basically drained our economy, and took the surplus and turned it upside down, through our troops into a meaningless war, and will go down in history as the WORST PRESIDENT OF ALL TIME, than this country is certainly fucked.
Obama, for the realists, and people who remember the Clinton days. When a President actually got some shit done.
Insane.

Maverick?
He was Bush’s sidekick for 8 years.
Even the most conservative of conservative knows how badly George Bush and his bunch of incompatent idiots ran this country in recession, among other fun things.

So let’s all move towards Palin.
Lets tote more guns, keep up with the childish rhetoric, and make Barack look like a little kid.
Wait a minute… She has almost ZERO experience next to him.
95% of the time should be enough to scare most moderate’s the 18 milion Billary’s and the Repubs turned democrates away from anything even remotely looking in Bush’s direction.
If not, than something is clearly wrong with the POPULUS of the American People.
Obv. we are a majorly divided country, but this is the icing on the cake (Palin and McCain and this rediculously impervious RNC)
Next up: Giuliani. The man can act like a 2 year old, and bring out all of the Yee Hawin Beer Drinkin repubs, and make them laugh but lets take a deeper look at what he has done in NYC, and abroad.
Ha.
I will make that my next entry.
